Military personnel receive discounted rates, upgrades (if space is available), and complimentary Hertz Gold Plus Rewards membership when booking a leisure car rental. Military personnel booking a rental car for official travel receive the GARS fee of $5/day per vehicle, as specified under the U.S. Government Car Rental Agreement.
